The Backlash! Bookstore - The Opposition

Since about 1994, pop feminists have grown reluctant to attack the men's and fathers' rights movements head on. We're too well-informed, too well-organized, and they've publically embarassed themselves so many times that just about the only way they're willing to attack us is when they can control the agenda, as in newspaper articles, taped radio interviews and books. "Know thine enemy."

Michael S. Kimmel

I met Michael S. Kimmel on the Bertice Barry show where he was representing the interests of blacks versus white men. (Like most "3rd generation" American Indians, I pretty much look like any other white guy.) His position was that white men are privileged from birth by virtue of being white and, in the interests of leveling the playing field it's time white men put themselves at a disadvantage. As a published college professor, he is one of the most privileged white men in the country. Since he didn't seem anxious to give up his position as a professor, one would have to assume he belongs to that class of elitists who expect to be excluded from the suffering. Why buy his books? To know what goofball elitsts like him are saying so you're prepared to counter him in public.
