During transition from Clinton to Bush an important report was overlooked and 9-11 was the consequence. Bush took great pains to ensure that did not happen during transition to Obama. Mean-spirited leftist loons, however, claim Bush did that not to ensure a smooth transition, but to overload President Obama. They see their own evil intentions reflected in every act of Bush no matter how good his intentions.
