Fathers' Bill of Rights?

Why not?

A few examples of what fathers in America should be guaranteed.

  • "Father" should be included in the definition of "Family" for all Federal and State Social Programs. Currently the definition of "family" for Federal & State purposes doesn't not include "Father" and therefore "Fathers" can be excluded form social programs.

  • Before a woman and child(ren) is placed on Welfare, using Federal and State tax dollars from all tax payers, the Welfare Office should be required to send the Father a NOTICE of such welfare application with his child(ren), and given an opportunity to accept "Sole Custody" of his child(ren).
    1. This action would be in the best interests of the child(ren) because it provides for the child to be placed with a "working" parent so that the child would learn what is expected when the child grows up, "Work" not "Welfare."

    2. This action would be in the best interest of the tax payer, because it might prevent one more Welfare Case.

    3. This action would give Fathers "Due Process" and "Equal Protection" under the law while using Federal and State Tax dollars.

  • Married fathers should have an opportunity and say before his wife obtains an "abortion" of his child. Because there is a "Marriage" there is no such thing as "her" personal right to anything, including "her " personal right to an "abortion."

  • In the case of divorced or separated parents, and if the State removes a child from one parent (often the mother) then the other parent (Father?) should be the State's first and only choice of child placement before consideration of a child being placed with any other family member, or foster family.
    1. The same should be true if the mother goes to jail.
Joint Custody and Shared Parenting concepts do not offer these options, and in many cases are failures for many fathers who are currently promoting same.

Furthermore, Joint Custody and Shared Parenting plans generally do not resolve the differences that caused the breakup of the marriage or relationship, and resulting in the battle between the parents continuing for a few more years until the mother can make good use of False allegation of abuse under the Violence Against Women Act or Child Abuse laws.

Fathers are made to suffer big time in the long run, but non-father Joint Custody/Shared Parenting activists fail to see those problems, and fail to tell other fathers that the problems exists.

State and Federal agencies, like Welfare, do not want Joint Custody, and/or Shared Parenting ideas.

No known large mothers'/women's group want Joint Custody/Shared Parenting.

No known large attorney's group want Joint Custody and/or Shared Parenting but perhaps in word only but meaning absolutely nothing.

No known group of Judges wants to see Joint Custody and/or Shared Parenting.

Our time is being wasted with the Joint Custody concepts just look at the past 20 years of the movement. Perhaps you should just say that you can raise your own children, and that you need no further help from the State with new laws, and or help from the mother with her permission and agreement to Joint Custody.

Child support money back guarantee

On Fathers Day, Fathers should ask that undelivered child support checks (because mothers have moved without leaving a forwarding address) be returned to the rightful owner, the obligor/father.

Such undeliverable child support checks should be returned once a year on Father Day tax free because he has already paid taxes on the money, and the returned money should be with interest, because someone else's bank has paid out a years worth of interest on the undelivered money.

There is no such thing as a perfectly accurate mailing list. There are always returned items that the Post Office cannot deliver.

If that is the case, then where is the undelivered money going? Why isn't undelivered money returned to the fathers? The money that Fathers pay for child support is not "Joint Custody" money, it belongs to the Fathers.
