Pedestrian politics

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. How about video? For years, road crews in Bellevue, less than a mile from Microsoft corporate campus, have closed sidewalks on both sides of streets where they are working, forcing pedestrians out into traffic. We reported this with still photos in 1996. Now, here are some video clips from 1998.
