Attention women and men who feel they have been abused by the family law
system
A new non-profit organization, Bill of Rights Education &
Enforcement Foundation (BREEF), is organizing to assist inidividuals in King
County (Seattle, Washington) who feel they have been abused by the family law
system to better understand:
- Related laws and procedures which govern how the situation(s) involved
should be handled;
- If the individual may have been abused or if the law properly supports what
actually occurred;
- What can be done in the future to avoid a repeat;
- Recourse open to the individual to recover damages and/or prevent future
occurrences.
